Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Locations:
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
Just like adjusting your 3-Personen Trekkingzelt to fit your adventure perfectly, we want your NatureGear Pro experience to be just right. That’s why we offer a straightforward 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with subject „Rückgabeanfrage [Your Order Number]“ within 15 days of receiving your order
- Authorization: Our customer service will respond within 24-48 hours (weekdays) with return authorization and instructions
- Pack Carefully: Securely package items in original packaging with all tags attached – treat them with the same care we give our Äxte und Beile during transport
- Ship Back: Send to our Hamburg address using insured shipping (we recommend this in case your package takes an adventurous route like our Bergsport teams)
Exchange Process:
Need a different size Familien-Gruppenzelt or a lighter Biwaksack? Follow the same steps as returns, but clearly specify your desired replacement item in your email. We’ll adjust for any price differences.
Refund Details:
- Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal) – as secure as our military-grade encryption
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees aren’t refunded unless the item was defective or incorrect
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons (with standards as high as our Ausrüstungspflege requirements), we cannot accept returns of:
- Used Daunenschlafsäcke and Deckenschlafsäcke
- Personalized or custom Campingmöbel
- Opened Ausrüstungspflege products
